"T" wiz at Christmas

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights. James 1:17

The song "Gee Whiz, It's Christmas" written by Steve Cropper, Carla Thomas, and Vincent Trauth is one of my favorite songs during the season. The following are the words from the first part of the song:
Hello there, merry Christmas how you been
Gee, it's so good to talk to you again
It's been a long, long time
Can't explain why you crossed my mind
I guess it's just to wish you a merry Christmas

I like the song because it reminds me of a real conversation that someone might have with someone they hadn't seen in a while. The singer was engaging and seemed glad for the chance to talk with that person again. I realize that there are some whom you might not want to hear from again. I too have had people reach out to me that I would rather not reconnect, and for good reasons. Especially old relationships or those who were more interested in creating problems than solutions.

You must use wisdom when applying what my message conveys. I guess you could say I want you to become a wiz when starting a "T" with people from your past. If that connection will cause s break in current connections or create a ripple in your progression in life, then do not entertain a conversation with them. However, if it is healthy, helpful and/or needful, be a t wiz because gee whiz, it's Christmas. 😁
